Latest update blood tests – global shortage of blood bottles

Due to a global shortage of blood bottles, we have been directed to postpone all non-urgent blood tests at this time. This is a NHS wide problem affecting both GP Practices and hospitals. We will be in contact with as many people this affects as possible but please be understanding if we need to decline a blood test upon your arrival for your appointment. The sheer volume of numbers involved makes it very difficult for us to pre screen everyone. Please don’t contact us as we will be in touch with you if we need to cancel your appointment. Please be assured that if your condition or symptoms require it, then you will get a blood test. Thank you for your understanding.

Supporting military veterans and their families

We are conscious that some patients registered at Temple House Practice may be affected by current events in Afghanistan.  Temple House Practice is accredited by the Royal College of General Practitioners as one which specialises in the care of military veterans and their families. All the team have been trained in the care of military veterans and their families. If recent events have affected you and you wish to seek help, please come forward.
