- Telephone 0117 986 2406 and select option 1.
- Use the online system to book an appointment
All surgeries are by appointment only. We will always try and give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice, but regret that this is not always possible as many of our doctors work part time.
If you arrive without an appointment we cannot guarantee to offer one unless your problem is urgent and you may have to wait until the end of surgery to be seen.
Please let us know if your problem is urgent and you feel you need to be seen on the same day. Patients with non-urgent problems or requesting a route appointment will be offered the earliest available appointment.
You can have an appointment face-to-face or via the telephone, please discuss this when booking.
Please notify us if you are unable to keep your appointment so that it can be allocated to another patient.
You may see any of the doctors but we suggest that you see the same doctor as much as possible, for an on going medical condition or problem, so that he or she can get to know you. However, for any urgent or new problems you may see any of the GP’s, if your usual GP is not available. Please make a separate appointment for each person who needs to see the doctor or nurse. If you know that your problem will take some time to sort out please ask the receptionist for a double appointment.
