Since April 2013 it has been a legal requirement for all GP practices to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). CQC already register hospitals, care homes, nursing homes and dentists.
Temple House Practice is registered with CQC. The Registered Manager is Dr Jenny Lockyer.
GP practices are inspected every two years to make sure that they are compliant with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety set out by CQC. These cover all aspects of treatment and care and are written from the perspective of patient experience.
