If you ned to see a GP or nurse out of hours you will be looked after by Medvivo Service, but you will make contact with them through NHS 111.
When you ring the practice number out of hours you will be asked to hang up and redial 111. 111 calls are free of charge from both landlines and mobiles.You have three numbers to remember for health problems:
- 01179 862406 (Temple House Practice) for urgent or routine calls during the working day
- 111 for urgent calls or advice outside practice hours
- 999 in an emergency

Dental out of hours service Telephone: 0845 120 6680. You may then be given an emergency appointment at a treatment centre if necessary.
