Order Your Repeat Prescription Online
We require 72 hours notice for repeat prescriptions for all patients. Repeat prescriptions can either be collected from the practice sent to Lloyds, Boots, Saltford or Chandag pharmacy for collection or, alternatively, returned to you if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.
Please note that in order to avoid errors we do not take requests for medication by telephone, please either order in writing, by fax on 01179 865695 or online.
