Our reception team answer the phones, deal with enquiries, make appointments, take repeat prescription requests and deal with all the other admin tasks essential to the running of the practice. Please be kind to them as their role is often the most stressful job in the surgery.
Jack Young – Secretary
Jack will help you with all your referral queries, hospital appointments, insurance claims and general administration queries.
