Order Your Repeat Prescription Online
We require at least 72 hours notice for repeat prescriptions for all patients. Repeat prescriptions can either be collected from the practice or sent to Lloyds, Boots, Saltford or Chandag pharmacy for collection or, alternatively, returned to you if you provide a stamped addressed envelope.
Please note that in order to avoid errors we do not take requests for medication over the telephone.
